Enrollment fee
$197 - required and will be charged upon all membership confirmations.
Monthly fee
$35 – Ages 12 - 25 (when joining with an adult family member, otherwise $97)
$97 – Age 26 and above
*6 month minimum commitment required.
Medication fees: For those interested in GLP-1 medications for fat loss support, our discounted cost ranges from $100-$400 per month, with the average being $200. This is charged after your consultation.
Group and Employer rates available for 4 or more members - Please contact us for a personalized quote.
FIT Protocol - virtual or local 90-Day program for those interested in hormone or fat loss support via our Whole Health method.
