Signature Primary Care Memberships
Enroll below for our local Signature Primary Care memberships (wellness services available at an additional fee). Enrollment is currently open for Dr. Robin Newburn’s Signature Primary Care panel!

Enrollment fee
$197 - required and will be charged upon all membership confirmations.
Monthly fee
$35 – Ages 12 - 25 (when joining with an adult family member, otherwise $97)
$97 – Age 26 and above
*6 month minimum commitment required.
Group and Employer rates available for 4 or more members - Please contact us for a personalized quote.
FIT Protocol - virtual or local three month program

Signature Wellness Services: Counseling, Coaching, Nutrition, Personal Training, Massage, Acupuncture, Body Contouring, Esthetics, Events, Other.
